We are proud to announce our call for speakers for our next two pioneering virtual conferences, Aspire Reinvent and Aspire Resolve.
We want to showcase the amazing talents of women around the world who have attended our events and share your stories, tips and tools to equip other women to create the changes they want in life, work and world.
As someone who has attended an Aspire event before, you are invited to apply to be a speaker. In our first virtual conference a few weeks ago, speakers represented USA, UK, Uganda, Poland, Australia, Jamaica, Luxembourg and Pakistan with 800 attendees from 55 countries and we had amazing feedback. We want to expand that further!
We are seeking speakers of all ages, backgrounds and passions. Our focus is on 'ordinary, extraordinary' women who are trailblazing change in their lives, careers, businesses and organizations, often quietly and without fanfare.
We are looking for speaker topics in the following areas as they relate to women:
- Profile and visibility
- Presence and impact
- Communication
- Personal brand
- Overcoming obstacles, resilience and determination
- Lifestyle, self-care and health
- Innovation, creativity and technology
- Life and career planning
- Taking risks, action, strategy
- Stories of individuals and organizations successfully reinventing in 2020
- Conscious and spiritual practices as they relate to women's leadership & change
- Women's leadership skills and the future for women as leaders
- Global social issues and making a difference
- Something else, let us know!
Speakers do need to have attended an Aspire event (conference, workshop or webinar) before.
Following on from the hugely successful Aspire Reimagination (Creating Future Vision) virtual conference in June this year, Aspire Reinvent (Creating Brand and Visibility) is a virtual conference on October 14 and 15, 2020 and Aspire Resolve (Turning Ideas into Reality) is on December 3 and 4, 2020. Each speaker will speak for up to 30 - 45 minutes online and will receive a guest pass to attend the full conference. All sessions will be live and also recorded with flexibility for participants to watch at their convenience.
You do not need to be a professional speaker to apply and we will provide support if speaking is not normally your thing (especially online). If you would never normally do this, maybe today is your day!
Joining us as a speaker will further raise the profile of yourself, your message and your business/organization with an audience across the world which will also be showcased via social media before, during and post event. Feel the fear and do it anyway!
This is an opportunity to be part of a moment in history, to stand tall, speak up and make a difference to yourself and others.

Hello, Jill,
Thanks for sharing this! I have applied as a speaker. Did you?
You're welcome, Kaye:-)
Awesome! Good luck. Please keep me posted.
Oh, dear. When you wrote that I thought, "me?" Then I kept thinking about it. I keep thinking about all the women that would be excellent for this, but I wasn't one of them... not yet anyway. I think I'll work up to it as a future goal:-) Thanks for having the vote of confidence in me, however.
I think you can, JLo. I believe in you.
Thanks for the vote of support... to chicken:-) Ha.
I have not attended the Aspire Reinvent programme before, but I will like to share my story, which I believe will inspire and encourage other women and girls particularly. those from disadvantaged backgrounds like me. Can I apply for this?
Hi Amaka,
You could try but Sam was rather adamant that it was a requirement. Alternately, you could try to keep an eye out for a scholarship, or guest pass for the October event, and then you would've attended an event to apply for the next speaker call. I think if you go on their website, and sign up for the newsletter/updates, you will be alerted to their updates.
Thanks so much Jill, I really appreciate this information. I will visit the website to find out more. Thank you
You're welcome, dear. Good luck, and please keep us posted on your progress. I would love to hear you session and story!
Thanks so much, I will sure keep you posted and hope to continue to share my story to inspire other young women and girls.
Thanks for the encouragement
You're very welcome:-) Great!
Sounds wonderful. You bet!
This is DEFINITELY something I would like to support! I’ve been raising awareness of spiritual activism for women. Our emotional, mental and spiritual well-being are needed and necessary during this time of revolutionary world change.
Hi Tonya,
How are you? I'm glad you saw my post and that it resonates for you.
That's awesome. The Aspire events have a lot of spirituality in them. I totally agree.
Have you attended an event so that you can apply to speak?
I misread the post and thought it said not needed. It sounds amazing and something I’d love to support
Yeah, I did that the first time, too.
In case you didn't see my suggestion above:

Finally I did send an application in!
Oh, good! Karen had an interview already.
Please let me know how it goes...I'm looking forward to seeing your session!
Hope you feel better soon, too!
