About Me

I am a retired secondary schools English teacher. My teaching experiences led me to become more involved in promoting the issues I was already involved in: the environment, gender equality, legalization of cannabis, and education in all of these. From the beginning of my career to my retirement, I taught all disciplines including language arts, science, US and Native American history, and math. I enjoy writing essays and poetry and spent some time as a free lance writer for a Native American newspaper. My hobbies are running, reading lots of books and news mediums to stay up to date on what is happening both in my community and in the world. I am interested in politics and making a positive difference wherever and whenever I can. I am the mother of 2 children and I have 1 grand daughter. Sincerely, Janet Evans

My Vision

I am interested in all religious faiths. My mission is to legalize cannabis in all 50 states.

I need more avenues to make money using my writing skills.

I am almost 60 years old with many life experiences: 3 home births, son in 2 wars, and teaching on an Indian Reservation twice.
