World Water Day 2020 Theme: "Water and Climate Change"

I join the world today 220320 to celebrate this great day In light of the growing COVID-19 pandemic, the  campaign also promotes messages around Handwashing and Hygiene. This give guidance on staying safe while supporting the campaign.

The intention is to inspire people around the world to learn more about water-related issues and to take action to make a difference.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, This  focuses on #Handwashing and #Hygiene.

Relevant issues include  Water scarcity, Water pollution, Inadequate water supply, lack of sanitation, and the impacts of climate change.

This day brings to light the inequality of access to WASH services and the need to assure the human right to water and sanitation.

Hello Emeka, Happy world water day. Thank you for sharing. Yes, the covid-19 pandemic requires water for a better solution as we are all advised to wash our hands. I know that there is water scarcity in many places in the world especially in most African countries. We too are responsible for water pullution and wastage. Let us tethink our actions towards water so that water can be protected for our own protection.
All the best.

Hi Emeka, It is so true that the outbreak of the corona virus makes urgent the inequities globally and the need to protect and clean up our water especially for those who have the least or no access to clean water. Thank you for your love of water, trees and humanity.
