Hi Nwankwo,

How are you doing? Thanks for sharing your event update. So, it was to get youth interested in finding particular jobs, or what steps to do to find jobs? How come they aren't more women and/or minorities on your team?

Hello Nwankwo,
Welcome to World Pulse and thank you for sharing your story. This is indeed a great occasion for the NIYEAP.
I would be interested to know the aim of the NIYEAP is to create for the youth or to find decent jobs of the youth?
I also notice that there are more men than women is your group. What initiatives are being taken to address this gender imbalance?
Please keep us posted. Thank you.
