Showcasing my solution

I'm so excited right now.

Just when I was thinking how we could reach more people and showcase our works to a larger audience, one of our team member Victoria Nnaji just invited us for Innovate Africa Summit in Benin city. When Dr. Victoria Nnaji told me about the great event we had some works produced but need to add some more interesting works to them. I informed the Team about the event and we started working on how to make the planning a lot more easier. After creating series of works (as the Chief Production Officer) from waste (coconut shell, fabric waste, wine bottle etc) I took some pictures then sent them to the team. I then began to plan my journey with little or no money at all, but I took steps in faith. I got to the venue prepared my stand using all the tips I gathered from Adejoke Lasisi and boom I started getting access to peer networks and prospective customers and partners. I'm excited that not only did l attended the great event packed with amazing speakers, I was privileged to have the opportunity to showcase some of our eco-friendly handmade products made from waste at the Innovate Africa Summit IAS2021.

My encouragement for everyone one is to look beyond the challenges they face in each step of the way and keep all excuses aside and be determined to make progress.
