About Me:
I am a veteran journalist in California writing about development and the people it impacts. My company name, JT Long & Co. gives credit to all the people who impact my thoughts and writing every day. That includes my mother, my barista and you. Every time I research and write a story, I grow and learn. It helps to shape my perspective on the possibilities living in the world and in every person.

I am lucky that I have found a way to make a living doing what I love, telling people's stories. I am devoted to helping others tell their own stories. I run two writer's groups and encourage others every day to find their voice.
