Helping Hands is a community-based non-profit making organization, governed under Kenya’s Ministry of Gender, Social and Security. We are an officially recognized body, with registration number DSD/MSA/CD/2014/270. We are based along Kenya’s coastal region, in Mombasa county, working to rescue, support and nurture needy children, who are otherwise forced to live in tragic conditions. The organization also works with youths and women in Empowernt.The organization was started by founder, Judith Okebe , who witnessed a dramatic increase in the number of people living in poverty, displaced children, orphans , youths and women in the area due to the combined impacts of HIV epidemic, terror attacks, poverty and local road accidents claiming the lives of many.
VISION
To inspire people and contribute to the well being of vulnerable children, youth and women in the society.
MISION
To identify and reinforce women ,youth and children role in Education, leadership and development.
