Dr. Stuti Shah began her career armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Ahmedabad Institute of Medical Sciences and later a Master’s in Sports & Musculoskeletal from Rajiv Gandhi University. What started as home-visits for her physiotherapy sessions has now turned into a state-of-the-art Pilates and Physiotherapy studio, Core Tuck In. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Stuti very early on started researching the art of Pilates and envisioned it’s potential if practiced with the science of physiotherapy. At a time when there was no formal training in Pilates being conducted in India, Stuti travelled around the world and got her certifications from the United States, Canada and Dubai and went on to become a fully certified STOTT® Pilates Instructor; one of the only two in our country, currently. Today, Pilates is a widely popular form of exercise and Stuti’s studio, Core Tuck In, brings focus to the essential connect between mind and body through a perfect mix of Pilates principles and physiotherapy rehabilitation.
