A multi award winning Youth Activist based In Botswana Implements innovative innitiatives targeting girls.every year in March the world commemorates international women's day,IWD is commemorated to recognise and celebrate women,Miss Mmolai,a co-founder of IWD female soccer tournament started this innitiative to give young girls exposure and show the comminity that women are able even in male dominated field,prior to the tournament there is a capacity building workshop empowering girls on life skills,available gpverntment programmes and giving them platform to mingle with local and government leadership,the IWD Female soccer tournament targets young girls in rural and urban areas.
