Schools important in Girl child Education

the parents are primarily important in ensuring education for children but schools take an important role in shaping Girl child. Many women i have interacted with shared with me alot concerning girl child including factors like if my daughter goes to school she might get pregnant, which is not the case. Most girls are neglected especially at schools, so its important to provide privacy and counselling to young girls on education and development. Most teachers have been willing to help but they are materialistic, they demand for money from parents which must be addressed.

Hi Johnbosco,

Thanks for sharing your important post. I'm glad you're a strong advocate for girls and girls' rights. Do you provide counseling to parents and young girls to improve education and overall well-being for the female students?

Hope you're having a great day!

Hello Kamugisha! I read your story and I wonder how I can help you from over here in America? I believe education is important for every human and when girls are denied this, the whole community loses. I send you love and encouragement in your goals and I ask how I can help! I don't have money to send but wonder how else I can be of service to you and girls in Uganda!?
