Why I Joined This Group

I am from India. I am a student in America and am very passionate about social justice. At college I am involved with Student Government and work heavily on diversity issues. I also have an Instagram account that I am hoping to grow where I post about global issues.

I arrived at World Pulse when I came across this digital changemaking course online. That has been my entry into this community. Thus I am fairly new and am still understanding all that World Pulse has to offer.

I joined this group because I hope to use my creativity to create infographics and designs for merchandise that is socially conscious. Through the merchandise I hope to raise awareness about global issues and advocate for justice and through my infographics I hope to educate people about issues and how people can work to influence positive change. Thus I want to learn how to establish an online store and how to grow its reach to consumers. Thus this group was interesting to me.

I hope to learn from this group and get inspired by all the stories being shared!
