About Me

I am a community development worker by profession, but when my firstborn son was diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay, I decided to be his fulltime caretaker.

Writing is my catharsis, my therapy. I survived life by remaining silent from all the childhood and teenage traumas I faced. Being unable to share the battles inside me resulted to being clinically diagnosed with depression.

An encounter with a typhoon became a wake up call that I must write my experiences.

I am grateful for World Pulse for being a safe online space to share our stories.

It is my desire that every woman will be given a safe space to breath. For when she is valued and supported, her family and community blossom with her.

My Vision

A healed world ❤️

to create safe spaces for women;
to introduce a culture of empathy; and to encourage women to reclaim their stories.
