CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY WITH OLUTOSIN OLADOSU ADEBOWALE

As the world celebrates women this month,  I celebrate my sister, Olutosin Olasosu Adebowale, for being herself. She haa shown to the world that she can in practical terms, do for the needy women, what our government cannot do, even when they pronounce/promise all the better life for the rural women. Politicians promise empowerment that never really gets to the most needy women. There is no lobbying to get a piece of her  TOSIN TURNS TRASH TO TREASURE (TTTTT) transformation concept and assistance. Even when some NGOs strive for their stomach sake, her real transformation agenda puts our consciences to the test at all times. I celebrate you, worthy sister. May God bless you in the service to humanity. Amen.

My sincere appreciation to the World Pulse for creating this platform that connects and unites all women for a better life. Receive my highest regard, as we match towards enhancing livelihoods everywhere.

Love from,

Florence Kekong

Dear JLanghus, I appreciate the push you are giving to women from your own angle. I truly would send more on what I am doing. It takes a little longer because I work in communities where there is internet or any form of mobile network. But that cat stop our work. I believe that this information-poor group would be integrates into World Pulse and other development cooperation. Sister Olutosin has visited this place once and she said with nostalgia that the conditions of these women are just too harsh. For this, she donated a set of computers to us for the training of women in digital literacy. She has been wonderfully supportive since I met her. I feelike I am her adopted sister.
God bless you all, amen

Hi Florence:) Thank you! That's awesome that you were able to get some computers. Hopefully you and the women that you are training will have more opportunities now. I'm looking forward to more posts and updates from you:)

Thank you, we will continue to try our best. Well, training them to use the computers have been difficult task. Majority of the women and girls, being illiterates. We started organizing adult and non-formal education classes for them. Their impoverished conditions have pushed lots of them to obtain soft loans from Shylocks that no longer make as soft as they were deceived into getting involved in the ugly situation.
However, we will succeed as we continue to re strategise.
Thank you
