It is not enough to say "Rape is bad."  It is not enough to vocally be against rape, but to be unwilling as a boy or man to take action.  If "rape is bad." and morally wrong/evil, you have a moral duty (at least consider) to report any knowledge of a rape to your local police. Do not be silent about it. My cousin is a vitim of rape, i could understand how traumatic she was, she almost commit suicide, and this happened when she was in school in her hostel and the school could nothing about it...  Please report any case of rape. Don't be calm about it.
