 Baby Angela Olumi, an 11 Year Old Girl who was raped & dumbed in a River* 
A sombre mood engulfed  Eshirotsa Emakuche  Area in Khwisero Sub County following the disappearance of an 11 year old school girl whose body was later found after a thorough search in River Yala. It is being alleged that the little girl was raped before her body was dumbed in River Yala. The suspect of the heinous act is currently in the police custody. 

The body was later transfered to Yala Mortuary awaiting her burial among other logistics following immense intervention by Kakamega Woman Rep *Hon. Elsie Muhanda.* 
Today through her staffs led by County Manager Mr. Dan Mukofu, *Hon. Elsie Muhanda* visited the family in a swampy village, comforted the family at the same time made arrangements on the transfer of the remains for the interment on Saturday of this week. The County Women leader cursed the perpetrator as she directed the law forces to take charge and prosecute the suspected rapist and serial killer. 

She vowed to offer her support to the bereaved family as she pursue justice. The late Baby Angela was a standard four pupil at Emukhunzulu Education Centre. She is mourned as a disciplined, jovial and industrious child.

Cases related to defilement are on the rise in Kisa South Location.
