WOMAN LIKE A RIVER

Woman in this world is important and beneficial just like a fresh river is; a woman and a river are two things that the world cannot survive without

Yet they are ignored, mismanaged, unnoticed and overly misused; remove one from the world and everything and everyone will not survive

A river is a precious source of fresh drinking water for people across the world; a woman is the one who brings forth all human races in the world

A river is used for irrigation helping crops to grow at all seasons; a woman caters for her nuclear and extended family and the society at all seasons, multi-tasking both at home and on income generating activities to satisfy everybody.

A river is a source of food and income to human race by fishing, providing many animals with habitat, water and food; a woman goes all the way to make sure that all who depend on her have all the basic needs they require in life.

A river is used to generate hydroelectricity which is supplied to industries and homes; a woman is the power source of her family and the society at large.

A river is used for tourism and recreation purposes since it has a lot of beauty imbibed into it; a woman has both internal and external beauty, making her stand out since beauty is something people can’t deny watching and experiencing.

A river and a woman play a major role in our day to day life, but their importance is least realized, yet both are sources of life.

As the river keeps meandering from its source all the way to its mouth, not caring what happens to its waters in between; likewise woman keep meandering in your life regardless of what other people are doing or saying about your life.

From the source, the river pushes its way through the vegetation and plains forming waterfalls following a particular path to its mouth; likewise woman push your way through every obstacle that comes your way, not diverting your purpose or calling until you realize your dream.  

A river has never refused to give out water to people, animals and plants for different purposes even if others misuse it, the river flows relentlessly until it reaches its mouth; woman do not allow the hardships and problems you encounter in your daily life,  derail you from reaching your mouth, instead be persistent until you accomplish your goal.

A river has got tributaries and dis-tributaries which helps to keep it fresh, dividing its waters to different places as well as been added extra water from other sources as it flows downstream; likewise woman share your God given gifts and abilities with the people you come across in life and surely you will come across others who have been ordained to help you to accomplish your purpose.

A river has got shallow, deep and even waterfalls. Shallow waters serve people and some animals who draw and drink, deep waters serve as habitat for water animals and plants, while waterfalls are a beauty to behold and also used for hydroelectricity purposes; woman you are a gem since you hold a lot of characteristics that are required by so many people in the world, please do not limit yourself but venture into the deep until you develop your waterfall where some come to behold your beauty and electricity will be produced where energy and power will be generated  from you.

Sometimes a river is diverted from its way by human beings by maybe erecting dykes, digging channels or tunnels but somehow it usually finds its way back; likewise woman you maybe abstracted from achieving your dreams by certain obstacles, but please find your way back and fight obstacles until you conquer. 

Everywhere the river passes through there is green vegetation i.e. a source of life; so everywhere a woman is, there is life. So my fellow woman, without you there is no life, so shake yourself, love and believe in yourself and let us conquer the world together.
