Today marks the start of National Volunteer Week, a North American celebration that recognizes volunteer contributions and inspires people to imagine new ways of making a difference in their communities.

At World Pulse, our team of volunteers lays the foundation for our work. We rely on the passion and interest of volunteers to help us connect women's voices worldwide through the power of social media. We believe that when women are heard and connected, they will change the world.

World Pulse extends its heartfelt gratitude to the hundreds of online community volunteers from around the globe who help ensure women feel heard every day. These volunteers build community, share resources, and post uplifting comments. They welcome new online community members, translate blog posts, and mentor women leaders.

We are deeply grateful for our onsite and remote-working volunteers who assist with a variety of special projects, ranging from administrative tasks to community outreach. Our Board of Directors and Global Advisory Network provide tremendous support to World Pulse with their knowledge and expertise, contributing countless hours each year.
