A Cry For Salvation

In the very heart of the central part of the middle belt in Nigeria, is a place not known to many. It is called Kaure,in Niger state a place even the state government does not remember let alone the Federal government. Not many Nigerians know of this community.

Lost from the map of the state and the heart of it leaders, never dies any good thing get there. I've been there,I've lived, ate and played with the people who live in this community, with no roads, portable water, health care or any gleams of civilization. New horns have been buried alive thinking they were dead, pregnant women have died because they could not get medical help, children are dying because they can't have good water or a balance meal in a day,my great pain \"girls are forced into child marriage because parents need money they sold like animals and left to fane for themselves even though married.\" Did I remember to mention there is no any kind of formal education?

I keep thinking, who will save them from the hands of the wicked unknown gun men killing them, rapping their women and daughters, taking their only source of livelihood (their farms). I have tried to take very few girls away from that evil community, but me alone, there is little I can do.

Cries have been made to the government of the state but to no avail,I hear the voices in their hearts as I see their faces asking and crying who will save us,who will deliver us from this prison? Am also asking same, and I just hope I could bring them all out to at least a little better life. I just hope someday Salvation comes to them,I've resolved to praying and hoping for a good day,Especially for the children they don't have the slightest idea of another world else where.

AM HOPING FOR A DELIVERER, FOR SALVATION.
