For My Girls - The Book & Calendar Ready for Girls Around the World!

As promised, the long-awaited FOR MY GIRLS book and calendar are finally complete and ready for girls around the world!

As many of you may know, I wrote the FOR MY GIRLS poem last year as I thought about what I would like to give to the world, and made it a dream and vision to turn it into a book that girls around the world could hold in their hands. Thanks to the beautiful drawings of my Oregon sister Julie, the book and calendar are now available in English and part proceeds will benefit the Gaston Jr./Sr. High Arts Scholarship that Julie set up for her art students in Gaston, Oregon, as well as my fundraising for Room to Read's Girls Education Program. The book will be translated into different languages so that we can create a net of empowered girls worldwide.

The essence of this book is for all of us to truly see the magnificence of our girls and to make the conscious effort to share empowering words with them, to encourage them to fully express their beautiful beings, and to inspire them to lead with their deepest potential. I truly believe that our girls will grow into empowered women who light up our world into a more loving, nurturing, and connected place.
