Introducing myself and my journal: My Life

About Me:
I was born in Swaziland and spent my life there. I grew up in a messed up family. I grew up very poor in the sense that I never felt the love of a mother ( even though she was around), my father was a drug dealer and my mother was a drug addict. Having a bicultural background and biracial, I was rejected from both sides of my parents families. I had to learn from a young age to depend on my self, do everything my self and work hard to not end up where my parents were. Both of my parents past away and had to move from foster home to the next. So, I have experienced rejection, hatred, lonliness, and every negative thing that a child should ever have to endure. But, I prevailed and overcame those hard obstacles that life threw my way. I never wallowed in the mess that my parents cast in my life instead, I looked forward and tried to be better than what I could ever be. I am an orphan still, but I have finished high school and i was given an opportunity to come study in the United States.
