It's Okay

Faces of excited Youths from Nigeria

It's okay to make mistake but you have learnt your lesson and you making adjustments

It's okay not to be perfect but you are daily working out to be a better individual so don't be discouraged, keep pushing.

It's okay that you are you and not someone else because you are unique and only you has all what it takes to be you so go on and be you.

It's okay that you are a woman and I'm a man and we don't have to trade places because we are uniquely wired for different assignment and purpose.

It's okay that you are not so eloquent in speech but your point was made and your audience understood you so don't ever put yourself under any unnecessary pressure.

It's okay that not everyone truly like you so don't panic because on the path to fulfilling destiny not everyone will truly like you.

It's okay that your wardrobe is outdated but you are investing in your future.

It's okay that all you can afford now is just mama put(Cheap Restaurant).

It's okay that the longest time you ever prayed was just 10 minutes but at least you are consistent and you have never failed in your 10 minutes koinonia with your maker.

It's okay that you felt awkward expressing love for the first time but at least you were sincere about your feelings and so don't feel bad.

It's okay if you feel like I left something out... It's actually okay because I can truly pour out my heart on one page.

Hi Michael,

Welcome to World Pulse:-) Thanks for sharing your first, wise post. I agree that we don't need to be perfect, and that it's important to have sincerity and integrity in all that we do. It sounds like from your bio that you are an advocate for women and that you are passionate about education. I hope to hear more about what you're passionate about and what your goals are.

Hope you're having a good Friday.

Hello Jill,
Thanks for your awe-inspiring comment on my post, i want you t know that it means a whole lot to me.
well, because of the limitation of the character of words required for a bio, i could only but limit my scope to few out of the several things i am passionate about among which are:
I am passionate about financial literacy using traditional/non conventional ways to generate income so that communities can become financial independent, i am interested in global citizenship, sport and standing up for every disadvantaged and vulnerable individual in whatever possible legal means i can.

My friday is going on accordingly even though its a little hot today but above i am having a good time.

once again thanks for taking out time to reach out, looking forward to a possible collaboration or partnership with you in the future.

Hi there:-)

Glad to hear it. I'm glad it meant that much to you!

Those are great passions and goals. I'm looking forward to hearing more about them, and what you are doing involving them going forward.

Glad you're having a good Friday.

As far as collaboration/partnership, you can look on the World Pulse "community" page and filter by region and interests as you may be able to find people that are more closely aligned with what you're passionate about than I am.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Thank you!

Hello, Michael,

Welcome to World Pulse! I love these affirmations. They resonate well with me. Often times we are afraid to pursue our dreams because we think we need to be perfect. But the goal should be "progress, not perfection". I love the positivity you bring in this platform. I'm curious. How did you learn about World Pulse?

Anyhow, I'm glad that a male voice from Nigeria is rising up! Looking forward to reading more from you.

Hi Karen,
Thanks for your words, i really appreciate.
I found out about this wonderful platform through one of my mentor( Fasoranti Damilola) who is also part of this platform, he suggested it to me about a week ago during one of the master class in abuja Nigeria he co hosted with another great facilitator about platforms that help to amplify the voice of change maker across the globe.

That's great to know! We're a growing family in World Pulse. Welcome once again!
