Health is Wealth, A Self Care for our Self and for our Love One



 



Catching covid19 or some common cough, colds and flu represents some sort of failure?



 



We can follow all rules, get the jabs, wear mask, booster and still get it.



 



For vulnerable it is terrifying to get the virus.  You would also hope that it is not covid19 and just a common virus because of a sudden change of weather or weak immune system.



 



All of us doesn’t like to be unwell, especially now! One of the places that you would rather not to visit is the hospital, no way!  But you don’t have a choice, right? The hospital is still a place where you can run to if it’s really necessary.



 



First week of January 2022, I receive dozens of prayer request for healing from colds, flu and cough.  Before, when we caught this, we don’t worry. But because these are the common signs of covid19, we panic.



 



I’ve been thinking what may had cause us to caught the virus?  Would it be because of the change weather this January where it is colder. The food we ate from two occasions – Christmas and New Year, so many sweets and meat. Maybe the family gathering where everybody misses each other, were no social distancing. Perhaps, weakened immune system or Stress?



 



What are some causes for us to catch any disease?



 



1. Weakened Immune System – The immune system is the body’s defense against infections, it attacks germs and helps keep us healthy.



 



2. Stress – a stressful lifestyle, and wrong beliefs that reside in our subconscious mind, that create stress in our autonomic nervous system.   The law of life is the law of belief.  A belief is a thought in your mind. I continually read this book especially when I am stress, it reminds me to feed my mind with healthy thoughts.  This confirms what the bible said in Philippians 4:8 whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think of such things.” 



 



3. Lack of Oxygen – when your cells are constantly deprived of oxygen, you create an environment in your body that is susceptible to disease because disease microorganisms are anaerobic (they occur and thrive in areas with low levels of oxygen).

I want to share some ideas and regimen I applied, to maintain and restore my health.  You might consider it or you can share some of what you know.



 



1. Hydrogen Peroxide 3% food grade – for internal use, the only hydrogen peroxide that is recommended is the 35% Food Grade.  To have a 3% Food Grade, 35% should be diluted in a distilled water.  It is very inexpensive. It has dozens of benefits and can cure diseases if followed the instruction carefully.



 



My husband has a nasal polyp in his nose for more than 40 years.  Thus, the effect of this was an absent sense of smell, headache, loss of sense of taste and runny nose.  The doctor said, he needs a surgery to remove it. But, after a successful treatment, nasal polyps often return.



 



In desperate to be healed, he discovered this e-Book that solve his problem. He followed the instruction and after a month his nasal polyps was totally gone.  Never ever return.

We use it as our source of oxygen by adding 3% Hydrogen Peroxide food grade to a vaporizer or humidifier, inside our house. I also put it in a spray bottle and spray in the air inhaling the mist deeply into my lungs.  I usually do this when I sneeze, spraying the air to kill the bacteria.



 



Right now, because of the common colds, flu and cough, we add a number of drops to a distilled water.  The taste is like a bleach.  I find it impossible to drink containing 10 drops, so I dilute it in a milk, aloe vera or watermelon juice instead of water.

2. Grounding/Earthing – we watched a documentary of how Clint Ober discovers the benefits of grounding the human body to the earth which normalizes the function of all the body’s systems. It reduces inflammation and promotes normal functioning of all body systems.



 



Earthing is making physical contact with the earth to remedy your deficiency and improve your health, energy and sleep. It protects you against the negative effects from Electro Magnetic Fields (EMF). Earthing reduces in a natural way: inflammation, pain, stress, sleeping problems, snoring, headaches and improves blood flow, immune system, energy level and recovery from (sport) injuries and surgery.



 



After we watched the documentary, if the weather is good my husband and I will go to the nearest park, remove our shoes and walk in the grass for atleast 1 hour. I observe the effect on my body, felt sensation in my feet whenever I’m grounding.  Our sleep improves, reduce or sometimes I don’t feel any period cramps.  If you feel pain in your body, try grounding.



 



3. The Power of your Subconscious Mind – know the power of your mind. Your mind is your most precious possession. Whatever you claim mentally and feel as true, your subconscious mind will accept and make it happen. Your conscious mind is the reasoning mind, you make all your decision with your conscious mind.  On the other hand, without any conscious choice on your part, your heart kept functioning, digestion, breathing, circulation is carried by your subconscious mind through processes independent of your conscious control.



 



Your subconscious mind is like a bed of soil that accepts any kind of seed, good or bad. Your thoughts are active; they are the seeds.  Your subconscious mind does not engage in proving whether your thoughts are good or bad, true of false.  It responds according to the nature of your thoughts or suggestions. 



 



Your subconscious mind is the seat of your emotions.  If you think good, good will follow you; if you think evil, evil will follow you; if you think you are sick, you are sick; if you think you don’t have money, money will not come to you. The suggestions and statements of others have no power to hurt you. The only power is the movement of your own thought. You can choose to reject the thoughts or statements of others and affirm the good. You have the power to choose how you will react. – Joseph Murphy- 



 



After I read this book, whenever I am stress, feeling ill, I feed my mind with good thoughts.  I avoid watching sad movies that affects my emotion.  I avoid watching or reading news, so I don’t worry or bring fear to myself.  Whatever I feed myself, it affects me.  I have the capacity to choose and feel better.  I choose love. I choose health. I choose happiness. I choose life.



 



4. Invest in your health – let us be responsible for our health and well-being. If you are healthy, it reduces healthcare cost, spend quality time with love one, prevent disease, increase productivity at work and home.



 



Look at your current health habits and ask yourself whether you are caring for your health before it’s too late.  Eat right, maintain a healthy diet, exercise, sleep and have a peace of mind. 



 



Instead of buying extra clothes, expensive shoes, gadget, appliances etc., buy "QUALITY FOOD", examine and understand food labels that will help you decide if it gives you nutrition. 



 



There are medicinal herbs and spices that has potential health benefits you may try: Turmeric, Moringa leaves, Ginger, Oregano, Parsley, Cardamon and many others.  Make your own search and be aware that “natural” does not mean “safe”.



 



Keep in mind, disease is big business. Pharmaceutical companies routinely use their power and unlimited financial resources to keep doctors from prescribing medicines.  Practically all drugs have side effect, including adverse and serious effects.   Sometimes, drugs provide relief for one health problem, but rises more serious health problems.



 



Nutrition is big business too.  If you are a health-conscious individual, take a look at the nutritional supplements you take.  Ask yourself, are these preventing me from getting any disease? Let us be wise.



 



Admit this truth, we are brainwashed when we are sick, or not feeling well, just take a pill to feel better.   Health is Wealth, invest on it.
