No one is exempt from mental health struggles: Meghan Markle makes it evident once more

Hello world,

I admit I haven't watched the infamous interview of Meghan/Harry by Oprah, but I have read different articles and watched prominent vlogs carrying analysis and co.

I am drawn to Meghan Markle's mental health challenges as a result of all that 'saga' her marriage into the British Royal Family seems to have caused.

It must be so stressful, she admitted to having suicidal thoughts. This means no one is exempt from mental health challenges.

Now, for Piers Morgan to say on Air that he doesn't believe her, is once more an attempt to negate not only our stories and struggles, but to stifle our voices and make us step back from seeking the support and help we need.

May we all take home more lessons from that interview than find reasons to criticize or shun from taking the actions we need to inorder to make our own mental health matter.

How many people have you impacted since your last update?

Hi Marie,

I was wondering what all the fuss was suddenly over Megan Markle lately, too. I didn't realize she was having mental health challenges. I would live in LA versus the UK, too, if I had all that stress.

Hope you and your family are well, and that you have a good, safe weekend.

Dear Jill,
Your comment is spot on, and sadly because she is in the spotlight and royalty by marriage she had to suffer in silence wow.
I honestly wouldn't even get married into such a conservative/rigid inclined system. But then again to each their choice including the choice to cry out and speak up and find help like she is doing.
We are all fine dear thank you and wish you all the best

Ha. Thanks. Yeah. I think they have quite a lot of pressure. I wouldn't want it.

Not even for love?

Glad to hear it:-) Thanks.

I had the opportunity to watch the interview and it was heartbreaking to hear how she asked for help on many occasions and was pushed aside and told no. It blew my mind to see that there are people in the world still who don't care for or recognize the dignity of another human and the responsibility we all have to answer the call for help. Mental health is even more important than physical health because it impacts a person's physical health. I hope people continue to talk about it.

Dear Katrina,
Thank you so much for your comment. Am personally so encouraged by the support I found and get from World Pulse.
Imagine she even had to give up so much including an online community on her blog which was an anchor to say so, and now be in such a 'have it all institution' and not be able to have support for your mental health hmmmmmm!
I will continue talking about it and many are doing that too.
We are in this together
No health without mental health ain't a joke
