My pearls are precious and fill me with so much peace today

My precious pearls just like my TTTT bag from Naija

It's been a roller coaster 5 or so days and I was both physically and mentally disturbed. Just when I thought I was 95% recovered, I found myself holding space for a few ladies who were going through stuffs...as my PTSD got triggered yesterday, I felt the irritation rise and knew sports and dem pearls had to rescue me today.

I braved it through the hassle to get my kids off to school and make sure the one who was staying home because he had finished his exams, did put some tidy around before I gave him money for breakfast.

I braved it again to workout for 60 minutes, actually crying through some exercises as I felt the weight in my heart resist to leave before it did with the sweat and fight.

When I took my bath later, I decided to put on my 'Hope Pears' as I call them... I bought those colours because I couldn't find purple (my best hope colour) and I know green symbolize peace while white is for purity .

Let me leave you sisters with this small message I wrote too:

#mentalhealthmatters Put your pearls (or whatever you have which mean something soothing to you) on and push through any pain with a purpose... Don't let that challenge and shenanigan dim your glow...sweat the stuffs and keep smiling like myself...contact me if you want dem pearls in any colour too cause I personally know the sister hand crafting them and it's a joy to advertise her business. #gritandgrace #gratefulthankfulblessed

Hi again Marie my sister
I know that place very well. Yip, let's take out the best dress and shoes, the best crockery, the crystal glasses and of course, take out those raggedy paint brushes and a canvas and just paint purple anything, anything green and in tact with nature and last but not least, take out those pearls and wear them, own them!
You are very inspiring and real and I love that!
Thank you for being brave, when we cannot be.

Much love Marie

My lovely Meg sissy,

Thank you from the source of my soul. When I write I release, and when I release I breathe and heal and keep walking...I even get to smile more broadly. Let's keep at it sis
