About Me:MANDIRA RAUT, Founder & C.E.O., Utsah Learning Center.



Mandira Raut is the Founder & C.E.O. of Utsah Learning Center. She was the Director of Leadership Academy for 2 years. She is the Producer for TYA TV show that promotes youth activism, ethics, empowerment and change. She joined Today’s Youth Asia in 2003 as a trainee of School Representative Media Training (SRMT) project.



She has participated in the Indigo Humanities Week 2007 in South Korea, participated in “Conflict Resolution” workshop with women leaders on utilizing UNSC 1325 in Nepal organized by JBK Institute for Peace & Justice (University of San Diego) in 2007, she was the youth speaker at ‘Women Building Peace’ organized by International Women’s Association of Radio & Television (IWART) in 2007, she participated in the ‘International Visitor Leadership Program’ of U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs in 2009, and she was a speaker at the ‘Indigo Youth Book Fair 2010’ in South Korea.
