The Long Walk for Freedom, Nature and Love

I was honored to serve as emcee for the closing ceremonies of the Long Walk for Freedom, Nature and Love.  I joined other speakers, including Congressman Sherman, to welcome the intrepid walkers from the Sindhi Foundation who had traveled 350 miles on foot from New York City to Washington, D.C.  The group raised awareness of global human rights violations and climate change.  The Sindhi people reportedly lose 1,000 girls each year from abductions in Pakistan.  The girls are forced to convert and marry Islamic men, never to be seen again.  We must stop ignoring these crimes against humanity.  For more information, see https://www.sindhifoundation.org/post/announcing-the-long-walk-for-freed...
