Covid - 19 and Mental Health

Our Mental Health is very important especially during this pandemic be us infected or affected

COVID-19 has apparently become a mainstay for our lives at least in the foreseeable future. It has brought untold hardship and stress especially to the most vulnerable of our society. Healthcare workers and essential workers are greatly affected by such stress. In an impact survey conducted by I Am Cameroon it revealed that stress was a key concern of the healthcare workers in Cameroon. Obviously, this stress has an impact on the mental health of these healthcare workers. This session will focus on educating the audience on how we can manage the stress created by COVID-19 and particularly how healthcare workers can cope with the stress.

Covid - 19 and Mental Health was the topic of a show I was a guest on last Saturday. I was on a platform liked and followed by 10k people both in Cameroon and the diaspora. You could catch up on that in the video below.
