Initiative Update

The Fights we Fight and why mental health matters at all times

Fighting my fight this morning
I needed to workout and wouldn't let a UTI keep me down

There are so many fights we fight as women whether we want them or not. Some of these fights are physical, verbal and visible, some are not.

There are fights we bring on ourselves and fight in our heads and hearts until we hurt so bad, there are fights brought on us by external forces and factors.

To be and stay grounded so you can design your fighting strategy and make the best choices you need to at the moment (eg why, when, how with who you are fighting), you need to have a good mental health.

This is why mental health matters and we can't and mustn't stop talking about it.

My initiative is formally coming to an end in a week's time, bit I hope to continue impacting through the stories I share and the help I can offer.

P.S: don't give up the good fight with faith and love you shall conquer.

*** If you want to let me know if you would want to participate in my forthcoming survey on my impact initiative on your life, kindly send me a message. Thank you

Hi Marie,
Congratulations for staying the course of your initiative with such passion and diligence. I pray that the seeds you have sown--on the need to shift attitudes on mental health and to actively engage with the state of our mental well-being--sprout and produce life-giving fruit, literally, in so many people.

Dear Nini,

Thank you so much. I really have to say the LOUDEST AMEN OOOOOOOO to your prayer. That's my biggest wish too and for that I chose to use my own stories as much as possible.
All the best always,
Marie

Oh my dear Beth,

Thank you so much. I am so so happy because I didn't know such a novel initiative could create any or such an impact. I am so grateful and currently working on a survey and then move from there. Am saving my first survey volunteer hurray.

Keep fighting, dear Marie! Please email me when your survey is available: [email protected]
Thank you!
