I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM…

You are never alone

Are you sad;

Are you troubled;

Are you anxious;

Are you nervous;

Are you overwhelmed;

Are you outright scared?

I know where you are coming from!!!

Have you been abused;

Assaulted and raped;

Have you lost a child;

Maybe even more than one;

And a love, you thought was your life?

I know where you are coming from!!!

Were you mocked;

You were so fat;

Were that skinny;

Looked like a full misery;

You felt despised and despicable;

Tried to belong to no avail;

I know where you are coming from!!!

Have you lost your faith;

Lost your mind or so it seemed;

Thought suicide was your fate;

Just going on with the motions;

Caring less about basic notions;

I know where you are coming from!!!

Have you hung out with the bad boys;

Appeared so weird yet felt safe;

Have you lost it all;

In your flight to freedom;

Abandoning it all to the universe;

Before the enlightenment visited?

I know where you are coming from!!!

Because I do know where you are coming from;

Because I have loved and lost and buried;

Because I have been abused and raped and rescued;

Because I have fought and fled and found;

I know where you are coming from!!!

Thank you Jill. I have come a very long way and the only place I found left to look was UP. I was then able to get up, dust myself off, and then start walking again with my shoulders held out firm. I equally decided to share my journey in whatever inspiring way I could, I never could tell how many others could relate or need the inspiration and motivation.

You're welcome, dear:-)

Yes, I hear you. Sometimes we have to hit rock bottom, before we can move forward. It is difficult to tell if our voice is needed and how much of a need there is, but ultimately we were given passions for a reason. I strongly believe that if we are passionate about something, there is a reason for it, and we need to pursue a career we love in those things we are passionate about:-)

Hope you're having a great day:-)

Dear Jill,

You got me right. I did get so much inspiration and motivation after hitting rock bottom. I did find it a little difficult to choose a passion or two, and ended up embracing as many as possible lol. I haven't really been one to bother if my voice is needed, just knew I had the permission to do my 'things' and just needed to be 'ready' once more.
Thank you dear, many of my days are great - even the meh ones have something great about them hahaha

Yes, it definitely seems like it. So, you are multi-passionate? Did you have to choose between one or two? Surely your purpose involves all your passions?

You're positive attitude is definitely contagious, dear:-)

Hiya dear J,

Yes I am multi-passionate. I sometimes choose or even embrace many on the go depending on how I feed at any particular instance lol. Hmm yes my purpose revealed to me this year (after a 19 years' quest) goes: "To inspire and motivate all from different walks of life with my personal experience" - so huge.
Thanks for seeing that, hope I contaminate you then hahaha

Hello Dear M:-)

Good job on having your purpose revealed. It has taken me awhile, too. That's an awesome mission and purpose. Yes, huge:-)

Me, too:-)

Dear Marie,

Poetry is powerful and this poem of yours is such a loving call out to anyone struggling to believe in her own possibilities, through such rough times. You shine such a beautiful light showing the way to standing strong and knowing your precious worth. And your photo! How beautiful, so much of your journey and strength show in your eyes, and how beautifully you give out the message, of being a woman who will not be messed with and who refuses to be silent. Bravo sister.

With love in sisterhood,
Tam

Oh dear Tam,

Thank you so so much for seeing and saying all that. I really appreciate and yes I come from so far beyond I don't wish that on any other sister I can help.

Sharing my story in the process of contributing my mite is one of the bravest and authentic weapons I have. My vulnerability has also become another strength none can diminish.

Thank you so much once more
