World Pulse Spirit Award Nomination: Sisterhood with Lisbeth Salifu

Now, I read a World Pulse Spirit sister described as one who: Lifts up those around her. Speaks out for what she believes. Listens with empathy and without judgment. Seeks personal transformation. She is trustworthy. She is a connector. She uses technology, and she is passionate about making a difference.

Lisbeth first caught my attention here by consistently talking about the work she was doing with the teen mothers.

I didn't even know she could ever have any problem because she writes so gracefully and is ever full of faith.

I kept in touch here on World Pulse, and then we moved over to Facebook and IG.

She lifts us those around her with her encouraging comments, but above all to me she is now a sister I can't wait to go back to Accra and see again. I mean since I left Accra, her facebook profile picture is of us both in the restaurant where she treated me to more than 3kgs worth of delicacies o.  We are now on whatsapp and I know I can reach out to Lizzy at any time with any issue - this is mutual and this to me is the essence of sisterhood; as in can we count on each other to lift each other up?

Thank you Lizzy, my sister through World Pulse in Accra Ghana.
