Ushering in my new year the big bold and beautiful way with no apologies: and you?

Hello all,

Wow happy new year. I mean I have been so beeeeeeeeee as in double bee hives I can't imagine I couldn't find some time to log on and share or just read and comment.

I still have to settle down into the new year and set time for all my plenty activities including World Pulse of course, but I thought to come here today and just share a sort of timeline accompanied with pictures and a video, to show how am ushering in my new year the 3B way - BIG BOLD and BEAUTIFUL all the way with no apologies.

31 - 12 - 2019 Start the day with a humanitarian action, giving dresses to to prisoners via Barakah's "Action Humanitaire" association. I go around my day and do my hair etc so I can go spend the night out for once dancing with others and watching the firecracker hurray

01 - 01 - 2020 I go out for sports, keeping my word to resume full scale after a 3 months hiatus ordered by the doctor so I build my body back up from 65kgs to 75 kgs (target met and above by .5 lol) - later on I go visiting 2 friends

03 - 01 - 2020 I treat my hood sister Aimee to our traditional crossover drink out, we had a great time with some great roasted fish

04 - 01 - 2020 It's my soul sister Bea's turn. We go to a Karoake of a cabaret where you can sign up to sing and dance on the podium. I do just that and here is my write up on that this morning lol

"In addition to all the stock taking and visioning for the new year, I also decided to relax some more this year by doing a lot of singing and dancing. Yes you got me right☺️; I look forward to dancing with somebody who...loves to dance too of course. So, last night I was out and discovered with pleasure people could sign up to go interpret a song of their choice. Hope I made a good choice and did my best for a first time lol. To be at our optimum production especially as leaders and changemakers, it is important to be at our optimum holistic wellness too. So, don't be shy, don't you wanna dance???"

For some of us who have been through stuffs some would shiver only hearing about, it is very important to slowly but surely get our lives back and some more

I share to inspire, motivate and encourage, and for a little spoiler my first out of country trip before the month runs out will be to...ticket already bought, can't wait to hug that world pulse sister and icon o. Don't mind me I will share it here when I get there by the 23rd - am freaking excited.

Light and love everyone
