Some core takeaways from my recent trip to Nigeria to inspire and motivate a sister - it's really a World Pulse Spirit

Me: Darling did you join world pulse yet? Her:Yes mum I did it's wonderful platform; Me: Hurray

I came back from a soul learning trip to Nigeria precisely Lagos and Ibassa last Sunday, and I just thought sharing some core takeaways from that trip could inspire and motivate a sister.

1) I felt the World Pulse Spirit all the way

I went to meet a World Pulse big sister my spirit had told me to meet since June 2019, I followed her on facebook but I confess I hadn't read many of her posts on World Pulse nor asked anyone about her. I love being open to possibilities and not have any prejudged notions. I only mentioned to my mentor I was planning on such a trip and they encouraged me, saying they had done one too. It was on the spot that I knew for real how big a World Pulse Spirit this sister of mine had. I am talking of sister Olutosin Oladosu (I also learned not too long ago she is a World Pulse Board Member). The largesse of her spirit hardly has any bounds. Anyways, that's how I experienced it. She herself admits World Pulse sparked it all in her and the spirit has invaded her to stay.

The cream of it all is that I didn't meet only one World Pulse sister after all, but 3. Wow, another big big sister by name Stella Akinmolayan with whom I had connected on Facebook, asked me how she could get my books. I told her I was coming to Lagos and she said she was coming to pick me up from the airport. I just couldn't believe I deserved such an honour. Isn't this simply the World Pulse Spirit of encouraging connections and sisterhood? And then on the Sunday I was returning, Sister Olutosin's friend, and a fellow Pulser I had equally connected with on Facebook by name Ekene Onwuanum came all the way to the airport to hug me bye bye. I had checked in but waited for before rushing off through immigration and the gate, it meant so much to me.

And last but not the least meeting was with Loveth Ego Dara-Ezeanowi. She is so many things in one too, but above all she is the founder of the Women of Virtue Society. We had also connected on facebook and when I announced there I was visiting Lagos, she reached out to me saying we just had to meet. She not only came to where we were in Lagos, she followed us to Ibassa to see for herself what sister Tosin was doing at the Star of Hope Transformation Center (SHTC). It didn't end only there...read on to know what else happened lol

2) I got three sisters to join World Pulse during that trip hurray

I am a passionate lady and once I love everybody must hear about it o lol. So, I kept talking about World Pulse until 3 sisters joined in two days hurray. The first two are in Cameroon and the US, and they said they needed to belong to the same community I belong to, which seemingly connects sisters of kindred spirit like Olutosin and myself even if from completely different backgrounds. The third was sister Loveth, she joined the community right there in Loutosin's living room in Lagos o. It was all so magical. They have told me it was what they had been been searching and praying for, and I was so grateful and blessed to be such a connecting vessel.

3) Sisters support Sisters

This is my third and most important core takeaway from that trip. I saw it for myself, not only in my reception and the different meetings, but in my surroundings especially at the SHTC. The sisters who came there were so serenely supportive of each other, I saw so much sisterhood personified. Indeed I got the idea to co-author a book to this effect with 4 other sisters who believe this happens. I already got the 4 sisters who jumped on the idea once I mentioned same. I mean, where did this whole hoax about a woman being a woman's worst enemy come from?

I just had to share some of my core takeaways from a soul learning trip which left with me such a full tank beyond my expectations. Maybe after reading this your spirit will lead you to planning a trip there too????

Here is to the indomitable World Pulse Spirit
