Staying grounded through it all: My struggle and my hope

It's been a while I have logged on here and it's because I have been hit by the Covid-19 outbreak, scare, panic, fear and all. It took a drastic turn in my country Cameroon last Tuesday while I was in the capital city Yaounde. A shut down was announced and am happy I was at my mentor Sophie's plave.

I calmed myself down. Finished what I went there to do in luding visiting the 3 year old baby who had been raped, as she underwent a 4th and hopefully last surgery.

I also went for a prearranged show to talk about mental health, different societal issues and yes the Covid-19 outbreak and pandemic.

I must thank Tam who reacted to the video I shared on Facebook (the link is also in this post), left a soul comment which helped me find the energy to write this post.

Light and love to us all especially in moments like these.
