Serving as an MC on today's Thriving Thursday was the appex for me

Listening very attentively to the trainer

I am barely two years old on World Pulse and my pulse isn't waxing anytime soon. I am so in love with it all and decided to serve the Ambassadors' thriving Thursdays in all the different capacities.

I first served as an Executive Producer, and then as a trainer, raising awareness on mental health with tips on how to take care of our mental wellbeing (just like we would normally do for our physical health).

The other times I served in those capacities, I was nervous to be honest because I love saying am a 'recovering perfectionist'. But today as the MC I was lit. The irony might even be that my dad who has been sick got worst over the weekend and was quarantined on Monday, but I didn't want to miss this commitment lol.

I so love it that as a World Pulse Ambassador I not only brand our awesome organization to the world as much as I can, but I also commune with other Ambassadors once a week. We really thrive together and hold space for each other.

I consider my experience today as a once in a lifetime one. I was wearing my late grandma's fabric and could feel her warmth , and I was touched when Karen said she learned of self care from me... How moving and encouraging.

Here is to more thriving Thursdays and more awesome World Pulse initiatives to make us and the world a better place... especially for girls and women hurray.

Love love!
Good on you for stepping up, and for your integrity in honouring your commitment when you might have had a reason to be excused.

Keep pulsing;)

Hello, Marie,

You were such a lively and engaging host! Yes, dear, sleeping well as a form of self-care and prevention of mental health issue was my take-away during your talk.

Before hearing you speak, I was sleeping for only 3-5 hours. It really struck me when you said sleep is important. So thank you!

See you next Thursday!

Hurray Kaye,

I am so happy you got that and is probably going to commit to sleeping more.
Together we thrive more

Yes, love. I'm been sleeping well these days and even giving up coffee. I can't believe I'm not drinking coffee anymore.

Together, dear. Amen.
