Introducing myself and my journal: WOMB LIBERATION

About Me:
As soon as i had experienced my own transformation from a powerless, manic depressive, addicted woman in my mid-thirties to a free happy and healthy reiki master and travelling English teacher, i wanted to tell other women about it. The foundation of my transformation was my spiritual reconnection with Mother Earth.
I basically learnt that emotions and thoughts are energetic frequencies that can be transformed with respiration and visualization techniques, simple qigong exercises and self healing work, such as reflexology. I also learnt what a simple lifestyle an natural diet can do for my enthusiasm. In 2001 I published a book about all this in Afrikaans, my mother tongue. At the time the internet was still young and i had no idea how to spread the word.
Now living in the South of Chile, from South Africa, 53 years old, I am once again writing a book for women called "Conversations with Gaia - Purifying, Healing and Liberating our Creative Force which includes information and instruction when it comes to purifying our Wombs from negative energy and recuperating our joy. I intend to post free videos so that women (and men) can do the exercises and meditations. I intend to publish the book on KINDLE in December. At the moment i'm on a roll with the writing, and very empassioned with the work. I truely believe the information is useful and empowering. Will be very proud to make a contribution to World Pulse!
