A connection from our heart

While we build our lives we forget about others. Women far away from our homes are living difficult lives which might have a truly opportunity to get it enrich by connecting to others. As language is a frontier I have found images have an amazing power common to all of us. Faces, hands, feet, smiles, tears, skins, colors, clothing, kids, mountains, houses our lives are different but also similar. We are the same specie no matter where we are. We are the same one. Being Colombian I found myself very similar even to japanese or american people. I believe we are just one and we might make an effort to connect our specie to evolve as community. I see spirits and hearts. I see communities and individuals evolving and bringing light to my specie. We walk by the same path and we need to find the same path for others which today are having struggle to find their path, our same path. As I have the privilege to go south I find women with similar stories to mine, to you, to all. We are one and we are many. We have the power to see it as we have our eyes wide open and we also can listen and touch and talk and taste it. Many can not have it as they have not had opportunities. They are right now while I write this in their houses with their families having even difficulties to feed the ones they love or even sleeping in a far forest or in a high mountain of this loving Andes with such a cold they even could die.

I dream I could embrace all of them tonight to give them my love and care to support their spirits and to tell them you will do it. You are able to do it. We can do it together. Take my hand. Give me yours. Take my heart and give me yours as I also many times feel I will not be able to continue in my path.

I may take my spirit to fly away with you to help you build your nest for a better future. I might take you with my eyes to other places you may have never see. I will for sure open your mind and spirit to other women which are like you, like me, like us.
