Uphold women’s and girls’ sexual and reproductive rights with me! My organization is Common Action for Gender Development. We need your support to help girls and women to take charge of their sexuality without fear of judgment or intimidation.

Here are a few ways you can get involved:

  • Partner with us.We are seeking organizations that uphold the sexual rights of women and girls to:
    • support our work as funders
    • provide expertise in sexually transmitted infections, the use of contraceptives, and counseling services
    • to provide information and communications technology that will help us to better reach women in isolated areas
  • Mentor our staff and participants. We are seeking experienced professionals who will serve as mentors to support the professional development of our team and the growth of our organization. We are also seeking mentors who can serve as role models for the young girls in our programs.
  • Collaborate to meet our shared goals. If you are also working to uphold the sexual and reproductive rights of women and girls, we are interested in collaborating to better meet our shared goals. We wish to collaborate with others in order to improve our services, increase our reach, and gain access to new skills and networks while furthering the goals of both our organizations.

If you are interested in getting involved, please message me here on World Pulse, or contact me via our Facebook page or our website.

Thanks sophie for appreciating the strategy. In our community very little will be achieved in the area of SRHR for children if parents are not involved because of cultural norms. I am waiting for stories from your girls dear.

Aramide sis thanks for the confidence you have in me and most especially in the work I do. I am confident grassroot change in this domain can be successfully achieved without the full participation of parents. Hope to me you so that we share best practices

Sally -  Wow! Wow! Wow!  Your 2 videos are brilliant.  So well-filmed, heartfelt and informative. The Theme Song video is beautiful!  You have put so much skillful, dedicated and hard work in to your campaign.  And you have shown that every phase in the campaign is well-researched, full of vision, and based on a structured and carefully articulated program.  Again, wow!!!

I have full faith in your success to educate  many girls and women and their families to embrace this knowledge and opportunity for empowerment. It is clear that your work will contribute to profound change in your community for generations to come.

I am so impressed at your goal to train 50 women and girls in counseling skills to serve as focal persons to discuss SRH issues in communities.  These women and girls will be the heart of the campaign. Their knowledge, compassion and passion will shine bright.

Your committment to the Advanced Digital Changemaking is amazing.  I have read each of your posts....and have marvelled at the work, research, determination, and insight you have poured in to them.  You will soar!!

love and friendship to you,

Natasha

Hello Natasha thank you very much for this show of confidence in the work I do. I am very lucky to have people like you who show me a lot of love, concern and support which has challenged me in doing what i do the way i do it so that i don't let them down.

Just like you say I hope this group of 50 women and girls after training will serve the community fervently so that the ripple effect of this work will be felt even beyond my community.

Dear sister Sally,  very inspiring path you have taken in the very best interest of your community. Devoting your precious time and efforts towards the betterment of your people. Women welfare initiatives, in the long run, result in the overall development of the society. It's the need of the time for the Youth themselves should come forward to discuss openly and be educated about their rights to good health and hygiene.

Conveying the social message through a song and video format is a wonderful idea. Rhythm register long and deep. You are doing it for the sake of your people. May God bless you with great levels of energy and determination. All the very very best to you.
