Stories are powerful

Sometimes we die in silence, wet our pillows all night and loose self esteem because we can't use a wonderful resource change our situation. I am talking about the stories of our lives.

After joining World Pulse I discovered the gold mine our stories can be provided we tell them from the position of strength.

I came to realise women empowerment won't be complete if women don't learn to raise above societal set barriers towards sharing. Women raise above gossips, fear, unnecessary respect, protection of others who hurt you as well as rejection and tell your stories so that we are free.

I am glad 15 women have joined in the #StoriesAndCoffee initiative were we share our deepest secrets once a month.
