Introducing myself and my journal: WorldWideWomen

About Me:
Hi, my name is Maureen Broderick. I am 65, have three kids and have been married for 32 years.

I started out my professional career as a ballet dancer performing with the San Francisco Ballet company for many years before going back to school to finish college and get my MBA. I joined Price Waterhouse in 1980 as their first marketing person ever, and over a 16 year period, went on to become head of marketing for several major professional service firms. In 1996, I launched my own strategy consulting firm focused on helping professional service firms grow their business.

I am in the process of launching my next, most wonderful and exciting business, WorldWideWomen --a curated global directory of resources and services for women and girls around the world. There are thousands and thousands of amazing organizations, programs and services for women ( just like World pulse) , but no central place for women to come to discover and connect with them. Take a look at our coming soon webpage at www.worldwidewomen.co to get an idea of what we are creating. Fingers crossed we will get enough funding to raise the curtain officially on the site this summer.

Thoughts and support from the global community of women are encouraged and much valued!

I am looking forward to connecting. Maureen
