En RDC l’accès à l’internet est difficile ; peu de femmes ont l’accès par ce que c’est un acquis. Cet outil est utilisé seulement en ville, selon le rang social et les femmes ne comprennent pas l’importance de l’internet il faut vraiment beaucoup de temps pour que les femmes, filles quittent dans l’ignorance. Quant à moi, j’avais eu la chance d’apprendre la nouvelle technologie de l'information et communication. J’avais compris que l’internet facilite les relations et l’enrichissement de la connaissance des informations,communications dans le monde. Dans ce contexte je suis maintenant formatrice au CENTRE MAMA SHUJAA / BUKAVU, j’encadre les femmes et jeunes filles à l’apprentissage de l’outil informatique pour la nouvelle technologie de l’information et communication et leur auto-prise en charge et de promouvoir l’accès à l’information et de la communication tant de la femme et de la jeune fille habitant les milieux ruraux qu’urbains.

It is difficult to access the internet in the DRC; very few women have access, because it must be purchased. This tool is only used in towns according to social status, and women don’t understand the importance of the internet. It will take a long time for women and girls to overcome this ignorance. As for me, I was lucky enough to learn to use this new information and communication technology. I had learned that the internet facilitates relationships and enriches informational and communication skills all over the world. In this context, I am now a teacher at the Mama Shujaa Center in Bakuvu. I teach young women and girls how to use computer tools in order to use the information and communication, to support themselves, and to promote access to information and communication because so many women and girls inhabit rural areas.
