|An invitation for 2022|

This year opened up with private and group sessions and most are about intention settings, future pacing, visioning and so forth.

There is one recurring pattern that shows up among women that I have sat in conversation so far,

“This is what I want to work on for this year.”

Often above this language of “this is what I want to work on for this year”, dwell the beliefs of “fixing” and the conversation goes on as: “this is what I want to fix in my life, this is what I want to fix about me”

And over these fixing, is the embodied sense of unworthiness until I fix it.

These words are not absolute truth and hence, my invitation to ponder, to wonder, to question, to query, to be curious about.

“Am I moving towards what I want in life or am I fixing something about me, about my life?”

Each of the above asks of different movements, they ask for different beliefs, eyes, perceptions, hearing, experiences and much more.

|Pause and Check|

Are you attempting to fix a sense of unworthiness, unhealed, not-enoughness, low-esteem? Or Are you moving towards something that you long for, for life, for living ?

What evidence do you have?

Look for evidences.

There are many routes to take to navigate through this opening.

One may begin by wanting to understand this “fixing” and replace it with a new mode of operating.

One may ignore it.

One may keep it since it may be adding value to one’s life.

Or

One may invite a new language of operating that will slowly overwrite the old program.

Here’s an invitation to reframing

Instead of saying “this is what I want to work on for 2022”, let’s move into “this is what I want to invite in my life in 2020.”

What do you want to invite in your life this year?

What experiences do you want to invite in your life?

What do you want to experience individually and collectively as part of your family, your networks, your profession, your communities and the world?

Take time in coming days and weeks to ponder over

This year, I am inviting a language of possibilities, the eyes of kindness, the embodiment of gratitude, the breaths of ease, the joy of flavors.

I will love to hear from you and your invitations.

You are most welcome to reach out for support and guidance.

Love from my heart to yours
