About Me:I work as a development specialist, empowerment education passionista, and bilingual yoga teacher. Ultimately, my work is about helping people learn how to believe in the magic of their dreams. I'll be your ally to help you create a sustainable self - through personal and professional development and yoga-inspired movement in English & Spanish.

I learned to speak Spanish while serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Peru, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Illinois, and I teach yoga, certified through Mount Madonna Center in California and Semperviva Studios in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. I am blessed to have a plethora of international and US-based leadership experience developing and implementing a variety of curricula and training for diverse populations. I believe in incorporating yoga inspired movement into my work to provide a baseline for participants to focus, center, and get to know themselves better.

My Passions:Youth and community development, health and wellness, teambuilding

My Challenges:Focusing on one area when I have the desire to expand my scope

My Vision for the Future:People believe in the magic of their dreams to create and live the life they imagine and love
