                 Ratnabai Laxman Jadhav is living a very poor life.  This woman is a backward class and the main source of income is agricultural work and employment.  This woman created a backward class women's savings group in 2001.                                                                     Later in 2013-14 he took over the operation of a ration shop.  Because of this, the woman had many problems with technical work while running a ration shop.  Likewise, due to the technical difficulties of running a savings group, all the women decided to get digital training together.  They were given digital training through World Plus.  In 2018-19, Ratnabai Jadhav learned all the online work.  Today, she is giving women thumbs to distribute food grains, filling in online forms through protection card, transferring money through Bhim Amp, filling the benefits of various schemes online for farmers, registering a seven-time register, setting up a new joint house for husband and wife.                                                    Apply online to get government schemes for right widows, destitute, abandoned, divorced women.  She is also working to inform the women of various villages in the village by giving them votes group.  She also provides digital training to village employment servants and savings groups.  This is a change made by a woman from a normal family.
