Be The Voice

Every night I close my eyes to sleep ,I ask myself the same question over and over again ,the question being \"What is the point of waking up tomorrow?\".I dread to see the sunlight because I am afraid I am going to face the pain ,the anger, the anxiety the depression ,the world in general. As a young woman of 20 years old,I tend to hide a lot of things from the world because I cannot ask for help. This is not because I cannot ask but my voice gets stuck in my throat with fear of being not understood or fear of not being heard .It's hard to tell your parents that you are depressed because look at it ,they don't understand how that can happen to a person who is staying under their roof and not paying their bills.I want to call out for help but who will listen to me when the world seem to be ignorant about these things ,some say \"it's just a phase\",some say \"I'm looking for attention\".But as a person in my early 20s,most of us are facing such depression or anxiety because of the issue they call trivial like heart breaks, broken souls, fear of the world .These things the world ignore are the things affecting us .I have noticed many of my age mates committing suicide and we hear people say \"but he or she was smiling at me yesterday\".Yes everyday we smile but deep Inside our hearts are breaking, our souls are screaming ,our minds are a confused but even if we want to call for help noone can hear us .All I am saying is lets look at our families or friends ,don't just ask \"are you okay \" and then you walk away.Stay and hold their hand and tell them \"I will be your ear \".Sometimes All we need is someone to listen to us that way we cannot dread to see the next sunrise. If there is anyone out there who feel lost and lonely.Do not be afraid to call for Help.Ask for help that way we can beat the pain ,the depression ,the hurt together for life is too short.Thats all I have got to say.
