My Name is Mariama Kandeh. I am an independent journalist and women's rights campaigner. I do online blogging for different media websites to educate public officials about the frontline injustices against women in Sierra Leone and in the African diaspora. I hope to empower these women and girls by giving them a platform to speak up about the issues affecting them.

Jambo Gladys,

Thanks a lot for your comments. Indeed women and girls need all of us as much as we need each other to support and inspire. And you've just done that. Thank you. Education is key. I love the fact that you are championing it.

Hello Madam Mariama Kandeh!

Thank you for sharing this post entitled "Elevator Pitch" by which we understand that you are a freelance journalist, women's rights activist, raising awareness through online media about the injustices against women and the African diaspora. And you hope to awaken and strengthen the capacity of women and girls on the challenges they face.

Congratulations! The idea is great; I encourage you.

It only remains me suggest you to target more precisely, the groups your messages will more specifically address; and precisely define the provinces and localities of Sierra Leone and the country where you would conduct media campaigns in favor of the African diaspora. This would better fit: language, and content of your massages to each specific context; this would also allow you to better assess the impact of your media outreach work since their implementation, to monitoring and evaluation and the means required. Once again, congratulations to You Madam Mariama Kandeh for your initiative.

French :

Bonjour Madame Mariama Kandeh !

Courage !

Joseph-Jacques.-
