MY COMPLAINT:

I hereby File Complaint against various Following Central Government Ministries, Organizations & Commission Officials - For since last 1 Year 3 Months they are NOT Taking any Stern & Concrete Action / Deliberate Dereliction / Non Performance of Their Duties – To PROTECT ACCUSED who are Rich & Powerful & they are BRIBING/USING POLITICAL INFLUENCE/LYING but I am Poor & I am NOT BRIBING.

This a Clear Case of Corruption Faced by a Common Man-in this case me a 77 year Senior Citizen Widow Victim, from Central Government Officials Who have the Powers & based on the PRIMA FACIE Documentary Evidences given by me to them in my 100+ Complaints in last 1 Year 3 Months, they should have taken Stern & Concrete action against Maharashtra State Govt. / Police Officials- BUT THEY HAVE NOT.

Corruption, sometimes is Direct Demand of a Bribe & sometime is by way of Deliberate Inaction or Omission or Not Passing an Order or Passing an Adverse Order or CHANGING the Final Order TO PROTECT ACCUSED & HARM the VICTIM / Complainant- as Your Hon. can see in this recent Hon. HC Judgement- Times of India 20 Feb 2012 – Hon. Bombay High Court Division Bench Hon. Justice V M Kanade & Hon. Justice M L Tahaliyani “In a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act, the Inaction or Omission on the part of the Public Servant of not passing any order on any application or passing an adverse order since bribe is not given would constitute the loss or injury & therefore, even such a complaint would fall within the category of a victim” … The Hon. Judges said injury in cases filed under anti graft law “is caused by the public servant in not discharging his duty”.

It is Possible, some of these Officials Could / May be Honest; BUT EVEN THEY ARE NOT PERFORMING THEIR DUTY, despite Various Complaints + PRIMA FACIE Documentary Evidences Submitted to them !!! + 2 Letters from Hon. Bombay High Court + 1 Letter from Hon. President’s Secretariat !!! What is the Reason ??? Is it Because I am Poor & NOT Paying any Bribes ??? Or is it Because Accused are Rich & Powerful & they are BRIBING/USING POLITICAL INFLUENCE/LYING ??? Or Something Else ? That, Your Hon. CVC Commissioner, you will have to Find Out. Please Correct me if I am Wrong.

My Original Complaints against which these Following Central Government Ministries, Organizations & Commission Officials are NOT Taking any Stern & Concrete Action / Deliberate Dereliction of Their Duties – To PROTECT ACCUSED:

• PRIMA FACIE I have Severed my Relation with Accused with 2 LEGAL NOTICES in 2007 hence they have No Legal Right to even contact me but from August 2010 they are Forcibly coming to my House, Threatening me, Standing outside my Building & Asking for my Bank A/c No. & Signature & as GROUNDS FOR FIR, I have informed Vashi Police that Accused have Looted & Cheated me before also resulting in my family’s Financial Destruction leading to Deaths of my Husband & son & Suicide by my Handicapped daughter & the Fact that so many old Grandmothers have been MURDERD by their Grandsons for Money even though they had good relation with their grandsons- so I have More Fear of Life, Looting & Harm from my Accused Grandsons
• I filed a Police Complaint against Accused on 24 December 2010 at Vashi Police Station, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra But Police has NOT Taken Stern Legal Action against Accused Nor Registering my FIR + On the Contrary Arrested me & my Son Falsely & Illegally + Handcuffed him & Sent us to Kalyan Jail for 4 Days to Harass us – Even after I gave an undertaking to Azad Maidan Police on 24 January 2012, one day prior to my Illegal Arrest by Vashi Police & I have OC Signed & Stamped by Azad Maidan Police, that I have never broken any law in my 77 years & will not Start at age 77 !!!
• Vashi Police Not Taken Statement of Main Accused Nor Called him to Police Station – Yet Even after 1 Year 2 Months !!! DCP Purushotam Karad LYING in his Replies that Main Accused is in Dubai- when we have informed Police that he has been coming to India !!!+ Vashi Sr. PI Laxman Kale making False Submissions to Hon. JMFC Vashi Court that he is in Dubai. We have informed them that Main Accused has come to India + Accused’s own Mother Sumita Karani has given a Statement to Vashi Police that yes his son Main Accused Manoj Karani was in India in August 2011 !!!
• Vashi Police not Registering my 2nd Complaint – Repeat Offence by Accused Sanjeev Karani & Wife Rakhi Karani in Contact on Mobile with Criminal Hiten Sampat who Looted me in March 2011 ( Airtel Mobile Records given to Vashi Police as Documentary Evidence) + Also not Registering my 3RD Complaint – Repeat Offence by Accused Urmi Manoj Karani Threatening me on June 19, 2011 by Phone
• Then, being a WOMAN, I filed a Case against Accused at National Commission for Women (NCW), New Delhi on 04 January 2011 & NCW transferred my Case to Maharashtra State Commission for Women (MSCW) on 02 February 2011 & MSCW has NOT taken any Legal Action against Accused But on the Contrary Filed a False & Frivolous Complaint against my Son at Kherwadi Police Station , Mumbai to Harass us !!!
• From May 2011 onwards I Filed a Various Complaints with Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission (MSHRC), Mumbai against Navi Mumbai Police Commissioner & Vashi Sr. PI for PROTECTING ACCUSED & not taking Stern Legal Action against Accused Nor Registering FIR- EVEN AFTER REPEATED OFFENCES BY ACCUSED IN MARCH & JUNE 2011 But MSHRC Chief “inJustice” K R Vyas did not Take any Action against NM Police for 1 Year But on the Contrary CHANGED His Own Final Order to Protect Police + Accused !!!

• GOVERNMENT OF INDIA HAS OPENED NCW FOR POOR & HELPLESS WOMEN VICTIMS LIKE ME- NOT FOR NCW PROTECTING RICH & CRIMINAL ACCUSED KARANIS WHO ARE BRIBING/USING POLITICAL INFLUENCE/LYING !!!
• NCW, after Transferring my Case to MSCW despite my Protest that Accused will influence MSCW in Maharashtra through Bribes & Police & Ministers, is NOT Taking any Action against MSCW & Vashi Police
• NCW Chairperson Ms. Mamta Sharma Herself is also a SENIOR CITIZEN !!! – BUT She is RICH & POWERFUL SO she is NOT BOTHERED ABOUT A POOR & HELPLESS 77 YEAR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN WIDOW !!! – BECAUSE THIS IS NOT AFFECTING her !!!
• NCW is NOT Bothered EVEN WHEN INJUSTICE IS BEING DONE TO A 77 YEAR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN WIDOW COPLAINANT VICTIM FOR LAST 1 YEAR 3 MONTHS & SHE & HER SON ARE BEING FALSELY & ILLEGALLY ARRESTED & SENT TO JAIL JUST TO HARASS HER !!!
• Mr. Raj Singh through his Letter dt. 24/02/2012 tells me to Go & File a Fresh Complaint with Vashi Police & MSCW – when I have Complained to NCW that Vashi Police & MSCW are Not Taking Action against Accused !!!
• Ms. Anita Agnihotri & Neelam / NCW are not Taking any action against MSCW / Accused NOR giving me any Reply !!!
• NCW is Not Registering my Cases against (i) Vashi Police for not Registering my FIR (ii) Accused of Dowry Deaths of my Husband & Son & Suicide of my Handicapped Daughter (iii) Accused 3 Grandsons of Domestic Violence Case (iv) MSCW for not doing Justice in my Case BUT on the Contrary Filing a False & Frivolous Police Complaint against my son – SAYING MY CASE IS CLOSED !!!

I have NOT Received a Single Reply from NCW to my Complaints, even dt. 04 March 2012 onwards for my NCW Case No. C0506173, from ANYONE !!!

Hon. President Of India Smt. Pratibha Patil ji Herself is also a SENIOR CITIZEN !!! (BUT She is RICH & POWERFUL) SO she should understand the Gravity of Police Atrocities & Inaction by Central / Maharashtra Govt. / NCW/MSCW/MWCD/NHRC/MSHRC in the Case of A POOR & HELPLESS 77 YEAR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN WIDOW-since last 1 year 3 months & SHE & HER SON ARE BEING FALSELY & ILLEGALLY ARRESTED & SENT TO JAIL JUST TO HARASS HER !!!

President’s Secretariat has sent just 2 letters (Attached) to CS GOM & I have sent more than 50 Complaints to PS that Maharashtra Govt. is Not Doing anything: BUT President’s Secretariat has Taken NO FURTHER ACTION !!!

Please take action against above named officials.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MY SERIOUS COMPLAINTS AS MERE GRIEVANCES & PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM TO PUBLIC GRIEVANCE DEPARTMENT – THESE ARE CLEAR COMPLAINTS OF CORRUPTION BY ABOVE NAMED CENTRAL GOVT. MINISTERS/DEPARTMENT/COMMISSION OFFICIALS.

Corruption, sometimes is Direct Demand of a Bribe & sometime is by way of Deliberate Inaction or Omission or Not Passing an Order or Passing an Adverse Order or CHANGING the Final Order TO PROTECT ACCUSED & HARM the VICTIM / Complainant- as Your Hon. can see in this recent Hon. HC Judgement- Times of India 20 Feb 2012 – Hon. Bombay High Court Division Bench Hon. Justice V M Kanade & Hon. Justice M L Tahaliyani “In a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act, the Inaction or Omission on the part of the Public Servant of not passing any order on any application or passing an adverse order since bribe is not given would constitute the loss or injury & therefore, even such a complaint would fall within the category of a victim” … The Hon. Judges said injury in cases filed under anti graft law “is caused by the public servant in not discharging his duty”.

MILLIONS OF PEOPLE OF INDIA ARE SUFFERING HEAVILY DUE TO THIS CORRUPTION – BUT SOME MINISTERS/OFFICIALS/POLICE ARE JUST MINTING MONEY FROM THE ACCUSED BY TAKING BRIBES !!! THEY ARE PURPOSELY PROTECTING ACCUSED & FORCING POOR & HELPLESS VICTIMS TO GO TO THE COURTS WHERE MILLIONS OF CASES ARE PENDING FOR 10-20-30-40 YEARS & THERE ALSO RICH & POWERFUL ACCUSED BRIBE JUDGES & POOR VICTIM’S LAWYERS & DO MORE INJUSTICE TO THE POOR SUFFERING VICTIM !!!

STERN LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THE LIKES OF A RAJA & KRIPASHANKAR & THOSE OF THE ABOVE OFFICIALS, YOUR HON. FINDS GUILTY, SHOULD BE SENT TO THEIR TRUE PLACE –JAILS.

With reference to my Captioned Complaint, I would like to Add the Following:

It is Possible, some of these Officials Could / May be Honest; BUT EVEN THEY ARE NOT PERFORMING THEIR DUTY, despite Various Complaints + PRIMA FACIE Documentary Evidences Submitted to them !!! + 2 Letters from Hon. Bombay High Court + 1 Letter from Hon. President’s Secretariat !!! What is the Reason ??? Is it Because I am Poor & NOT Paying any Bribes ??? Or is it Because Accused are Rich & Powerful & they are BRIBING/USING POLITICAL INFLUENCE/LYING ??? Or Something Else ? That, Your Hon. CVC Commissioner, you will have to Find Out. Please Correct me if I am Wrong.
