My Writ Petition in Hon. Bombay High Court: WP/1857/2012 dated 07-05-2012.

Corruption, sometimes is Direct Demand of a Bribe & sometime is by way of Deliberate Inaction or Omission or Not Passing an Order or Passing an Adverse Order or CHANGING the Final Order TO PROTECT ACCUSED & HARM the VICTIM / Complainant- as one can see in this recent Hon. HC Judgement- Times of India 20 Feb 2012 – Hon. Bombay High Court Division Bench Hon. Justice V M Kanade & Hon. Justice M L Tahaliyani “In a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act, the Inaction or Omission on the part of the Public Servant of not passing any order on any application or passing an adverse order since bribe is not given would constitute the loss or injury & therefore, even such a complaint would fall within the category of a victim” … The Hon. Judges said injury in cases filed under anti graft law “is caused by the public servant in not discharging his duty”.
