Everyday Police Arrest…1000s of Poor Complainants / Victims in India…ILLEGALLY…after taking BRIBES…from Rich & Powerful Accused !!! Why are these Corrupt Police NOT Punished…EVEN AFTER PROVED GUILTY & CONVICTED BY NONE OTHER BUT BOMBAY HIGH COURT (like in my case) ???!!!...

The consequences, laid down by Hon SC in the case of D. K.Basu vs. State of West Bengal reported in 1997(1) SCC 416 which has categorically stated that in addition to departmental proceedings, contempt proceedings ought to be initiated against the persons guilty of violation of guidelines issued in the said judgment. It is held in para 36 as under:

“36. Failure to comply with the requirements hereinabove mentioned shall apart from rendering the official concerned liable for departmental action, also render him liable to be punished for contempt of Court and the proceedings for contempt of court may be instituted in any High Court of the country having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.”

WHY DO THE COURTS & GOVT….LET THEM GET AWAY…BY JUST PAYING A PALTRY FINE OF RS. 50,000 PER COP (like in my case)…WHICH IS ‘SPONSORED’ (PAID) BY THE RICH & POWERFUL ACCUSED ???!!!

When a Common Citizen …Commits a Crime like…Filing a False Case, Forgery, Perjury, False Evidence, False Sworn Affidavits, Criminal Conspiracy, etc…WE ARE JAILED FOR 3 TO 7 YEARS…BUT NO PUNISHMENT FOR POLICE…FOR THE SAME HEINOUS CRIMES …EVEN…AGAINST A 79 YEAR POOR WIDOW COMPLAINANT ???!!!

Why the “Mockery” of …SC 1997 D.K.Basu Law Para 36 Punishment Directives ???!!!...PLEASE REMOVE THIS LAW…& …DECLARE…THAT …POLICE ARE ABOVE THE LAW !!!…NO LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THEM !!! …THEY CAN ARREST ANYONE OR KILL ANYONE…POLICE WILL ONLY BE FINED RS. 50,000 !!!

GIVE THE POLICE…LEGAL… “LICENCE TO KILL”…

BECAUSE POLICE HAVE …BOUGHT “SHOPS” …INSIDE THE POLICE STATIONS…FOR TAKING BRIBES…WHICH THEY SHARE WITH THE MINISTERS…&…THE MAGISTRATES WHO JAILED ME “ILLEGALLY” & DID NOT EVEN ALLOW ME TO CALL MY LAWYER IN THE COURT !!!

I WILL NOT TAKE RS.3 LACS ‘AWARDED’ TO ME…

I WANT JUSTICE…
