Empowering women as a tool to valuable inclusive sustainability

Introduction: Global 21st Century Entrepreneur initiatives is a nonprofit organization, set up with the mission to  promote social and economic empowerment for women and advance women’s right through skills-based training  to enabled them set up small sustainable business , and importantly become self reliance . For over 8 years, we have been helping marginalized women and girls in communities and villages .

Goals: Our Ultimate goal is to help women; particularly widows and vulnerable girls achieve financial stability and supporting community-led solutions to challenges women face.

Needs Assessment: Beyond helping women and girls with  skills-based training, we see needs of organizing a- day get together and empowerment program. Under the theme: ‘Empowering women as a tool to valuable inclusive sustainability’ to inspired and motivate women who truly need  help in developing a decent livelihood, thereby helping them to become a critical component to sustainable economic development. “For women, particularly those in less fortunate places, they need hope to envision a future, so they can manage the present. Hope is a gift we can easily give. If we can give it in masses, we have the ability to impact large-scale  change”.

  Target Groups: We target to empower 50 widows  to launch their local business and support  150 marginalized rural community women.
