Young Feminists taken us with surprises

On 4th of march, we had dinner at Ghion Hotel with Chi Leina and some Ethiopian women.

I invited many women before that day, and when we changed the day, many of them ignored me and didn't show up that night. To prepare that dinner, i had to drug myslef out of bed on the eve. On Friday, 3rd of Mar'17, leina and i were trying to arrange the venue. Our problem was the venue. If we don't know where to invite the women, we could not do anything. One lady played us well, in the name of giving us or supporting us to find a free hall with wifi.

Friday afternoon, i was waiting for Leina to come to my office and to go to see a hotel. She didn't show up and i had to tell the ladies who're asking me where to come on Saturday. i left my office at 7 pm after everybody, think she'd come to my office. But, she didn't. I went to her house, and she was not there. I was very confused. I wanted to switch my phone off and ignore everyone's call. i call somebody and i was told, she had no electricity in her house. May be she went to her husband's office to charge phones and computers.

i went home with difficulties, transport was scarce that evening. She called me after 8 pm and told me she's coming to pick me to go and check a hotel. She was not coming until 10 pm, I climbed four stairs of up and changed my pajama. She rang my cellphone...

"Hi, I'm in front of your house, please come." said Leina.

"I'm ready to sleep, i though you canceled it again. it's too late to go outside."

I said.....

But, we went. She apologized, the husband apologized to me. I was sleepy and a little bit angery. Her children were in the car with BIG BIG eyes stared at me. I guess they woke up from their deep sleep. Just after we drove few meters, the kids join their heads and fall asleep.

We checked three hotels and we picked the third one. I woke up early on Saturday to invite all the women as many as possible.

"You think we don't have plans for the day? You just jump in and invite us. You did this for how many times?" Some responses were not good.

"Are you serious? If you truly to invite to this evening, you'd have told me before two or three days." said my people.

I do understand them. I was even ashamed to explain about the situations.

In my country, once you speak about something, you should do it. if you change your mind and come with different ideas and stories, next time, you'll be shunned by everybody. I keep post ponding, the arranged date for world pulse's meeting. I don't know how i beautifully lectured the women about it and they became very eager to join us.

can you belive my fixed line fee cost three or four times of my fee from other months? My partners complained. it's my line , to come with the highest bill.

Saturday evening, at 6 pm , Wp had invited dinner, or celebrating women's day.

Her cousin: She was brilliant again...

I forgot the Friday night's anger, the result was unbeilivable.

I learn a lesson, after a very hard struggle, we'll see such an awesome outcome. Those young girls, all those feminists, those beautiful girls who are full of energies, are going to bring a great change in the world.

I see that women are rising. Women are fighting for their rights. Out of 23 women fifteen women are feminists, i know who didn't mention the word are also a member of them. All those young women were speaking how women used to be kept in the kitchen, not allowed to speak in public...but now, they are planing to make a history. The story of their mothers, aunties, grand parents and older sisters is burning them and made them ready to fight for change. All the girls are rising from every corner. If i can see strong fighters more than ten out of twenty three women, We really have a great hope of bringing a change in our world. They were all powerful, self initiated girls, educated and creative, ready to face any challenge, ready to struggle with any giant and win.

NOBODY WILL STOP THEM. THEY"RE FULL OF ENERGY.

When women speak, there's change.

When women rise, the light shines and cover the darkness. I know we can see all the hidden problems, we uncover them and eradicate them soon.

How to Get Involved

Help her and never try to discourage her...let her rise

let her shine among her nation
